Eleonora is a health practitioner, passionate about natural and functional medicine.
Born in Rome, Italy, she completed her university studies at the University of Rome La Sapienza. Her love for science is reflected in her formal education, which includes a Master’s in Biological Science, a Diploma in Medicine, a specialization in Immunology, and more recently she obtained a Diploma in Naturopathy, from the International Institute of Naturopathy. She is eager to keep herself updated in science and she is an avid learne; she is continuing her studies in Functional Medicine at the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Institue, to become a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. Her main goal is to help clients overcome and mitigate stress, protect brain function, deal with autoimmune conditions, and optimize metabolic functions. She is committed to educating her clients on how to rebalance, fortify, and maintain a healthy body and mind in a holistic and natural way.
Eleonora spent almost two decades in preclinical and clinical research and has published 13 scientific articles.
She believes in the deep connection between our mind and body, and that exercise and physical activity are essential for the maintenance of health and fundamental for natural healing processes.
She has studied classic ballet and modern dance and has been teaching dance and fitness for over 2 decades.
