Health is the presence of vitality and energy, not the absence of disease. My objective is to guide individuals toward optimum health by providing them with basic tools and strategies to succeed and excel in their wellness journey.

Nancy Majoulian is a former executive who led a successful career within the high paced corporate aerospace & aviation industries. Nancy’s secret to being on top of her game, having the stamina to be on the road 250 days out of the year, break track records and be one of the youngest in the industry to do so, has been her health management protocols which she implemented back in 2008 after a life changing ski accident. After 15 years in the corporate industries, Nancy did a 360 with her career and decided to complement her business degree with a degree in nutrition because she believes health is our biggest asset. Since leaving the corporate world, Nancy has given health and wellness workshops in English & French all over North America including at the Thrive with Cancer Expo in Toronto, at Berkeley University in California, to Apple executives in San Francisco and at the International association of Airport Executive in Montréal.

Nancy is also the creator, host and co-producer of a 6-part television plant-based cooking series called Nancy’s Kitchen: “Where the art of plant-based cooking, meets the science of nutrition.” Which aired on television across homes in the GTAA and Toronto, Canada. To date, the complete series has aired 6 times. Further, Nancy has over 10 years of experience in the management of health & wellness through nutrition.
