Dear therapist, we thank you for the attention you pay to our organisation.

With more than 500 members, the ANPQ has become one of the most important naturopathic associations in Quebec.

Your membership strengthens the social bond of alternative medicine practitioners. With his/her annual membership fee, each member increases the association’s capacity to build an efficient support network and to create relevant services.

Before completing the application form, we invite you to consult our many sections, including the Admission criteria and Schools recommended sections. The file analysis fee ($25) is non-refundable if your course does not meet the admission criteria.

If your training school is not listed, we may accept your training after verification. In this case, please contact us at admission@collectifsante.ca

ONLINE ADHESION

First of all, make sure you have all the required information on-hand: personal and professional contact information, areas of expertise and information on your training schools, your diplomas and/or your pertinent transcript of records in digital format.

The online form will allow you to pay your annual fee with PayPal or by credit card.
